Baidoa – The Leader of the South West State of Somalia, H.E. Sheikh Adan Mohamed Nur (Madobe), has appointed Mr. Sharmarke Mohamed Kulow as the new Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission of South West State of Somalia.
The appointment is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen government institutions and improve the civil service management system within South West State.
Mr. Sharmarke Mohamed Kulow has been entrusted with leading the Civil Service Commission and will oversee matters related to the management and development of the civil service, in accordance with the laws, regulations, and policies governing government institutions.
The Civil Service Commission plays an important role in building and strengthening the public service, particularly in areas such as recruitment, capacity development, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of government institutions.
The appointment of the new Chairperson comes at a time when the South West State Government is pursuing efforts to strengthen public institutions and improve the quality of services provided to the people.
