INVITATION TENDER PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR LABOUR
INTENSIVE STABILISATION IN BAY REGION
Nordic International Support Foundation (NIS) is implementing a labour intensive
stabilisation programme in Bay region funded by Norwegian government. The
programme aims to contribute to stabilisation through construction Of cobblestone Pilot
project in Baidoa District.
Therefore, NIS is a looking for qualified Road contractors for cobblestone Road, eligible
Contractors With wealthy Road Works experience in contractual activities in Bay region
and has a base or Can operate in Baidoa are hereby invited to participate in contractors’
Pre-qualification list: The contractor will do the following activities:
o Provide chiselling workshops and paving site
o Management laborers both chiseling and paving (Dagah Qorowga iyo
o Management and safety of the cobblestone tools
o Levelling, Compaction of the existing Road and Construction of the
cobblestone road paving based On Technical drawings provided by NIS

Those Who desire to participate are required to deliver the following Qualifications: –
Operational License: possess a valid license from Ministry Of public W’orks (Federal
Government Of Somali), ISWA ministries Of public work and interior as well as Office
Of Baidoa DC and office Of Bay Governor to in Baidoa.
